A senior at Benedictine High School, Matthew has a 4.5 GPA, is ranked in 2nd in his class of 57, and has a combined SAT score of 1710. He is the recipient the Paul A. Ambrogi Memorial Scholarship, the Jefferson Book Award, the Siewers Family Scholarship and is a National Honor Society member.
As captain of his Soccer team, he is a 1st Team All State member.
He volunteers his time for the National Honor Society Food Drive, the richmond Folk Festival Green Team, Virginia Health Service and the National Honor Society Clothing Drive.
As a finalist, Matthew has received dinner for two, and an opportunity to compete for a $10,000 scholarship.
